Hi! I’m Susanne Jacobs.
Over a decade ago, I set out to understand what truly motivates people. After more than 30 years working as a senior leader, coach, and advisor within some of the world’s most successful organisations, I saw first-hand that the traditional carrot-and-stick approach didn’t work – in fact, it often destroyed motivation. That realisation led me back into academia to study the science of human motivation, wellbeing, and resilience, and to learn how to apply it in ways that genuinely help people thrive.

What I discovered works for everyone – whether you’re building a business or career, balancing work and family, or managing everyday life.
